ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will provide systems, reporting, program and administrative support for SHE function of the NBN Project based in West End.
Other key responsibilities will be to:
Facilitate sharing of SHE information across Project
Entertaining and maintaining data in VisRes, including historical verification to fill in gaps in data to ensure that workforce is compliant.
Assist with Subcontractors who need help or enquiries
Verifying subcontractors within NBN enAble
Maintain records in accordance to legislative requirements & workplace standards & procedures
Monitor HSE inbox daily
Assist with preparation of SHE specific documentation (Toolbox talks etc)
Monthly and weekly SHEQ reporting
This is a six month fixed term role.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate through own behaviour a total commitment to Visionstream safety policies & procedures. You will also have strong ability to communicate and build relationships with different levels of management and staff. You will also have:
Certificate IV in OHS / WHS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant Microsoft programs
Experience in a similar Safety, Health & Environment role
A strong commitment to honest and ethical behaviours
