We’re currently seeking for an experienced
Senior HVAC Technician to deliver maintenance services to Auckland City Council project based at our Mt Wellington depot.
You’ll be responsible for several key activities including:
Completing allocated HVAC planned maintenance activities.
Proactively looking for potential sources of refrigerant gas leaks to reduce refrigerant usage.
Ensuring ad hoc HVAC duties are completed as instructed by HVAC Supervisor / HVAC Manager.
Aligning work procedures with business energy saving targets.
Maintaining and updating asset registers as requested by Ventia
You will have:
Minimum 4 years’ post trade experience in a Commercial / industrial environment
Previous experience working in a building maintenance position involving large volumes of assets and programmed servicing schedules
NZ Register Level 4 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 3)
A manual driver’s licence will be required for this role
Site Safe Passport or equivalent (preferred)
CPR – First Aid Training - Current first aid certificate (preferred)
Additional qualifications an advantage in PLC controls, motor controls or BMS systems knowledge.
