At Ventia, we’re proud to manage council assets including parks, libraries and public pools in Howick, Maungakiekie-Tāmaki, Ōrākei, Waitemata, Devonport-Takapuna, Hibiscus & Bays, Kaipātiki and Upper Harbour. We contract to Auckland Council for street cleaning services such as collecting litter, road sweeping, removing graffiti, water blasting, pavement cleaning and more!
About the role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for preventative maintenance and external water blasting on hard surfaces such as paths, carparks, boat ramps, buildings and furniture in open spaces.
Further to this, you will represent Ventia in a professional manner whilst performing quality workmanship and ensuring the service is delivered to the customer’s and Ventia’s satisfaction
You take pride in your work and above all else you value excellent customer service
You will have:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a commercial/industrial environment
Previous experience working in a building maintenance position involving large volumes of assets and programmed servicing schedules
A manual drivers licence
Current First Aid certificate desirable
