We have a permanent opportunity available for highly experienced administrator with experience in contracts and assets.
The Ventia Boral Amey Joint Venture (VBAJV) is a partnership between three leading organisations which combines internationally recognised asset management expertise with local knowledge and experience to offer world class solutions to their customers. Under the Stewardship Maintenance Contract (SMC), VBA JV are responsible for managing and maintaining the Road Assets on behalf of Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) in the South Sydney area.

About the role
Located at Rockdale, we are looking for a passionate, and highly motivated Third Party Works Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Project Manager Tactical Pavements, the role is responsible for providing assistance in the coordination, tracking and reporting on our responses to third party works, enquiries and commitments.
This will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders and managing information in our customer relationship management system (CRM), claims and commitments systems covering third party (utility and developer) works, claims and public enquiry commitments
Further key responsibilities include:
Ability to commit to Safety through personal behaviours, visible and accountable leadership
Assist with project lifecycle procedures such as initiation (start-up) and project completion and handover
Manage and maintain document control practices, standards, systems and processes projects
Identify and record key milestones for site meetings, bonds, estimates, maintenance periods & quality assurance
Be the point of contact for enquiries, site meetings, complaints and first point of contact with the Transport for NSW claims teams
Maintain program for deliverables to ensure contract compliance
Manage the preparation and issue of bond and third-party estimates through the VBA Commercial Team
Collate asset information / additions, updates or removals of assets to allow RMS asset database update
As a successful applicant you would have the following abilities:
Minimum 5 years experience in Administration role
Demonstrated experience in a construction/projects environment
Strong Organisational skills including being confident in managing stakeholders at all levels
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word & Powerpoint)
Experience in data entry and managing databases
Ability to organise information in a logical manner
Experience developing reports to track progress against agreed deadlines/commitments
Excellent customer communication skills, oral and written
