At Ventia, we’re proud to manage council assets including parks, libraries and public pools in Howick, Maungakiekie-Tāmaki, Ōrākei, Waitemata, Devonport-Takapuna, Hibiscus & Bays, Kaipātiki and Upper Harbour. We contract to Auckland Council for street cleaning services such as collecting litter, road sweeping, removing graffiti, water blasting, pavement cleaning and more!
The contract is for five years with five, one-year options, and will involve the maintenance of the Council's assets which include parks, administration buildings and community facilities such as libraries, community halls, pools and public toilets, as well as sports fields renovations in TAHI (the northern region) and WHA (the eastern region).
About the role
Providing excellent customer service and first level support for establishing job requirements by obtaining client information; raising jobs and job escalation as required.
Your duties will include:
Identify customer’s needs and information by answering telephone calls and verifying information
Identify any risk, complaints and coordinate escalations where required troubleshoot with Team Leader, Schedulers and SDM's
Maintain regular communication with operations teams and schedulers to coordinate any jobs
Monitoring incoming emails and distributing accordingly
Providing Work Management Centre First level support for WMS applications to all members of the team
Answering and actioning incoming calls within acceptable timeframes
General administrative duties regarding Work Management Centre systems to ensure optimum operational capabilities
As a successful candidate, you will have the following skills, qualifications and experience:
Demonstrated experience high paced contact centre or service delivery environment supporting clients with clear SLA/KPI requirements
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Consistently striving for excellence and the best customer outcomes
Strong problem-solving skills
Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
FM or Service Delivery experience desirable
