About the role
Performing the role as a trusted business partner, the FP&A Manager will work as an integral part of the finance team to define, implement and maintain strong financial management across the business.
Key duties include:
Work closely with the Group Financial Control team, to ensure the end to end process to generate financials is effective and efficient;
Ensure that business overhead and capital expenditure spend is properly recorded and accounted for;
Prepare and distribute all recharges to the business in an accurate and timely fashion;
Prepare budget, forecast and risk reporting;
Prepare summary of monthly results with supporting commentary;
Co-ordinate budget and forecasting process across the technology team, and
Support the development of JDE/TM1 reporting to increase automation, and to make a step change in the timeliness and quality of financial information.
CA/CPA (or studying towards), Tertiary Qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Commerce;
Demonstrated experience in the management of corporate costs;
Demonstrated accounting experience preferably within a large organisation;
Demonstrated ERP system experience, ideally JDE;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to demonstrate initiative and be willing to take action to address needs;
Demonstrated experience in working to deadlines and reporting requirements, and
Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to identify and set priorities, plan and effectively allocate appropriate resources
Previous experience in financial analysis, business reporting, financial planning & forecasting is desirable.
