About the role - Quality Manager

As the Quality Manager you will report to the Executive Manager of Essential Services. Located in Melbourne you will be the Quality ambassador across national projects ensuring governance and compliance.

Set up For Success - Quality Manager
Your industry exposure within Telco or Construction coupled with your ability to capitalise effectively on change within a dynamic environment will set you up for success with Visionstream.
Your ability to build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders and your history of driving a Quality Strategy of continuous improvement across the project makes you the right leader for this pivotal role.
Key accountabilities will include;
- Creating Value for our clients: Responsible for developing and delivering as per agreed time frame, trend and quality capability/ metrics and reports in line with the requirements of the Line of Business to draw insights and drive a quality focused culture
- Excellence in Service Delivery: Ensure that all project activities are carried out according to current, approved and compliant procedures (SOPs, WI and Group Policies). Management of the audit processes in conjunction with the relevant business stakeholders. Participate as required in internal & external audits.
- Putting safety and health above all else: • To be an ambassador of SHE by ensuring that all activities undertaken do not compromise the safety and wellbeing of individuals and the surrounding environment. This will be achieved by actively applying all SHE requirements and communicating safe working practices.
