About the role
As the Help Desk Operator you will be the first point of contact and communication via phone and email for the Contract.
You must be able to handle high volume calls, ensuring you take down all the information required to create the work order and prioritise the work order accordingly
All planned, unscheduled and minor capital work activities will be managed, monitored and reported on in real-time basis via the Help Desk, through phone calls and emails.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have relevant contact center/ phone experience within Facilities Management.
You are required to have good customer service and computer skills.
You will have a hands-on approach to problem solving, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, strong attention to detail and be relied upon to work autonomously.
